ExCAL were engaged by LAS Waste to obtain planning permission for a new transfer station for special waste, and to agree the conditions of the new waste management licence with the Environment Agency.

- A chemical and calorific analysis of briquettes was carried out.
- A concrete slab was designed.
- A drainage connection was made.
- Planning permission was obtained for further buildings on the site.
