ExCAL were commissioned by A G Thames Holdings Limited to carry out an quantitative risk assessment of the current level of chemical risk posed by the site known as the Crayford Triangle located in Dartford.

Development of the site is planned, and due to its past industrial use it may require remediation to reduce identified contaminants to a safe level.

ExCAL were further commissioned by A G Thames Holdings Limited to provide environmental supervision during remediation of land owned by the company in Crayford, Kent.
